Mr. Alan Zemel is a certified teacher with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC). The methodology of teaching focuses on the health and wellness benefits that come with alignment of mind, body, and breath.

Mr. Alan Zemel is a Certified Integral Qigong and Tai Chi Teacher with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC) where he sits on the Trainer Qualification Team (TQT) and assists with developing processes for training new instructors. Mr. Zemel has been a Tai Chi practitioner for over 23 years, having studied the Yang Style 108 long form as well as numerous Yang and Chen Style short forms. Mr. Zemel is also well-versed in Qigong mind-body-breath practices and has taught at various venues in Cleveland Ohio, Santa Barbara California, Austin Texas and Orlando Florida. Mr. Zemel currently teaches the Tai Chi Easy™ curriculum for health, wellness, and mind-body integration. Locations include the Maitland Welness Center and the Peggy and Philip B Crosby Wellness Center.
